1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Island Intelligence S.L. and its customers.

2. Services

Island Intelligence S.L. provides services in the field of software development, AI consulting, and digital transformation. The specific scope of services is defined in the individual project contracts.

3. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded by the customer's acceptance of our offer or by the signing of a separate project contract.

4. Remuneration and payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed, our services are invoiced at the agreed fixed price or on a time and material basis. Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction.

5. Liability

Island Intelligence S.L. is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

6. Final provisions

The law of the Kingdom of Spain applies. The place of jurisdiction is Palma de Mallorca.
